Udupi: Covid-19 lockdown hits business; Auto driver ends life

Udupi: Frustrated by Covid-19 lockdown, an auto rickshaw driver in Bailoor in Badagabettu ended his life on Monday May 10.
The deceased identified as Yatiraj (42) was a liquor addict and was suffering from liver complications
It is said that he was stressed due to his financial and health conditions and hanged himself between 8.30 and 11.45 am on Monday
A case has been registered at the town police station
