Udupi: Naveen Bhat takes charge as new Zilla Panchayat CEO

Udupi: Dr Naveen Bhat has been appointed as the new CEO of Udupi Zilla Panchayat. Preeti Gehlot, the outgoing officer, transferred the charge of the office by handing over a flower bouquet.

Dr Naveen Bhat is a 2017 batch IAS officer. He had secured 37th rank in the country and 3rd in the State in the Civil Services Examination. He was the Sub Divisional Officer in Hassan.

He had done his schooling at Moodabidri and Kaup, finished his PUC at Alekki and MBBS from a medical college at Bengaluru.
