Udupi: Police catch 6 murder accused within a day of committing crime

Brahmavar: Police have arrested six people accused of the murder of a man here within 24 hours of the commission of the crime.

The deceased Naveen Naik (43) is a resident of Hosur near here.

Naveen was killed by Gautham and his 5 accomplices for questioning Gautham over his affair with a woman neighbour of Naveen.

Gautham and his accomplices arrived at the house of Naveen on the night of Sunday, February 14 and beat him to death.

Naveen was alone as his wife and children had gone to a birthday party.

A Maruti Ritz car used by the accused to reach the home of Navven has been seized by the police.
