Udupi receives consignment from Infosys foundation worth 54 lakh

Udupi: Critical medical supplies worth Rs 54 lakh sent by Infosys founder Sudha Murthy to tackle COVID-19 has arrived in Udupi on Wednesday, April 1.
This comes a day after Muzrai, Fisheries and Ports minister Kota Srinivas Poojary informed that Infosys Foundation has agreed to contribute masks and other essential items to Udupi district.
The kit donated by the Infosys foundation includes 4,000 N95 masks, 4,000 sanitizers, 25,000 triple-layer mask, 10,000 surgical gloves, and 1,500 personal protection kits, informed sources.
