Udupi: Traffic halted after tree falls on Kaup-Shirva road

Kaup: A treefall on the Kaup-Shirva road has disrupted road traffic on Tuesday morning.

Due to heavy rains on Tuesday morning, a tree on the road near the Sri Lakshmi Janardhan Temple fell.

Motorists moving on the road between Majuru, Mallaru, Chandranagar, Belapu, Kalturu had to face difficulties in their travel.

Locals have already started to clear the tree while Kaup police officials are diverting and managing the vehicle traffic.
