Udupi’s Sri Krishna Math to open for devotees from Sept 28

Udupi: After nearly six months, Udupi’s Sri Krishna Math will open for devotees from September 28 between 2-5 pm only. The Math was closed for devotees from March 22 due to the nationwide lockdown to control spread of infection.
The decision to allow devotees at the Math, was informed at a press conference held here on Saturday, September 19.
The devotees will have to follow the Covid-19 protocols such as the use of facemasks, social distancing etc.
Entry to the Math will be allowed through the northern entrance which is near the Rajangana. Theertha and Prasada won’t be distributed among devotees for now.
The administrative committee of the Math and seer Sree Eshapriyatheertha has asked the elderly and children to offer prayers from their homes.
