Ullal: Teen drowns in Netravati

Ullal: A teenager who was playing near the Netravati River near the Boliyaru village’s Jaradagudde fell into the river and drowned.

The boy, identified as Mohammed Fazil (15), was playing with two friends near the river when the incident occurred.

A team of local youths searched for him in boats for almost one hour and found his body.

The dead body is presently kept at the Yenepoya hospital.

A case has been registered at Konaje police station.
