As the Rasputin dance trend is making rounds on Instagram, one video that caught our attention is a video named, ‘Drunkard’s Rasputin Dance.’ The video was posted on YouTube. It features a man, pretending to be drunk, wearing mundu while dancing to the song.

Boney M’s Rasputin is based on Grigori Rasputin, a Russian mystic and self-proclaimed holy man. It is an ode to the mythos surrounding the man referred to in the song as “Russia’s great love machine.”

After watching the video, many people wanted to know whether the man in the video is actually drunk or pretending to be one.
