Water supply to the city until May 7th

Mangaluru: The water level at Thumbay vented dam dropped by 5 cm on Sunday and the water level which was at 4.45mt in the morning was recorded at 4.40mt in the evening.
On May 3rd, the water supply started at 6 am in the morning and continued to 6 am on May 7th. But, the supply of water to the areas receiving water once in two days was stopped at 11 am on Saturday. The supply of water is expected to be restarted on Monday morning.
Water supply will be stopped for 48 hours from 6 am on May 7th to 6 am on May 9th. Water supply will be again commenced at 6 am from May 9th to 6 am May 13th.
Udupi: Water supply tomorrow?
Since the water at Baje dam has depleted completely, the work on procuring water from the canals was started on Sunday evening but has not been completed on Monday but is expected to be supplied to the city from Tuesday night, informed officials.
