WGSHA to host Sindhi Food Fest on Nov 8, 9

Manipal: Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, MAHE will for the first time organize a Sindhi Food Festival ‘Simply Sindhi’ at Fortune Inn Valley View on November 8 and 9.
‘Simply Sindhi’ will provide the students an opportunity to learn about authentic Sindhi vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies and also their food culture.
Additionally, the students will learn to manage restaurant under the guidance of Chef Jyoti Vishnani, an expert in Sindhi food.
Chef Jyoti has made a mark in the industry in a very short time. Some of her notable projects include content creation for the ‘GotoChef’ app and Sindhi food pop-ups at Punjab Grill and Masterclasses at various food festivals.
Chef Jyoti has worked at Signature by Sanjeev, Doha and has assisted Chef Vikas Khanna in several projects. On an ongoing basis, she works as a Consultant and content developer for various brands and restaurants.
