Chikkodi: “If the people of Karnataka bless me, I will return as chief minister of the state again. I am always ready to serve the people,” said former chief minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah after inaugurating Kanaka Jayanti programme organized in the town on Tuesday December 18th.

The former CM claimed that no other chief minister had ever undertaken the amount of development works he undertook during his term.

Criticizing some leaders of building organizations in the name of Sangolli Rayanna despite having no knowledge about his virtues and deeds and indulging in politics backed by falsehood, Siddaramaiah called upon the Kuruba community not to back such leaders. “We should support people who fight for social justice and self respect and not fake leaders,” he said.
