Sindhu B Roopesh appointed Udupi ZP CEO

Udupi: Sindhu B Roopesh, a 2011 batch IAS officer has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Udupi Zilla Panchayat on Monday. An official notification to this effect was issued by the state government on Monday.

Though Medical Education Directorate chief officer P Vasanth Kumar was slated to take over charge from Shivananda Kapasi, after his transfer on November 13, as Registrar of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences of Bengaluru, Sindhu P Roopesh was appointed as Udupi ZP CEO as per a later transfer order issued on Monday, stated sources. 

Sindhi has done her engineering from NIE of Mysuru and had secured first place in the IAS from the state during 2011.
