Bengaluru: BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa has said that his party would reopen cases where the investigating agencies and Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) have provided clean chit to the congress leaders on various cases registered against them.

Addressing the gathering at Nava Karnataka Nirmana Parivarthana Yatra at JP Nagar here he said the government was misusing the ACB and the CID to give clean chits to Congress leaders, including Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, and at the same time registering false cases against leaders of rival parties.

“As soon as the BJP comes to power, we will order review of all cases where clean chits have been given and order reinvestigation. We will send the Congress leaders to where they belong,” Yeddyurappa said.
