School bus catches fire, no casualties

Chikamagalur: Students of Sadguru Vidya Samithi School in Basarikatte village near Kalasa had a narrow escape when their school bus went up in flames here on Monday.
Reportedly, the incident took place when the school bus of Sadguru Vidya Samithi School in Basarikatte village near Kalasa caught fire due to a technical snub, but fortunately, the teachers managed to get the students out of the bus on right time and averted a major tragedy.
However, books and school bags of the students were charred down in the fire.
On receiving accurate information the local police rushed to the spot and began their investigation.
