3 lose their life in separate accidents

Kasaragod: Three people lost their life and a youth was seriously injured in separate accidents that took place in the district.
A youth dies after a car hit his scooter in front of a petrol bunk along Karandakkadu national highway in Kasaragod. The deceased has been identified as Ahzraz (21), son of Abdul, a resident of Kudlu Eriyal Balliri.
The accident which took place at 7 am in the morning left Ahzraz grievously injured. Even though the fire personnel rushed the injured to the hospital, he lost his life along the way. The deceased was employed at a grocery shop in the vicinity f the city’s new bus stand and was on his way to play cricket at Chemnadi when the tragedy struck.
A man died and a youth was critically injured after the scooty he was riding on was hit by a jeep. The deceased is identified as Gopinathan (55) and the seriously injured youth is Sham (35), both residents in the vicinity of Mavungal Vande Mataram bus stand in Hosadurga. The jeep which caused the accident belongs to Kushwab Kunni form Kilakangare in Hosadurga. The injured is receiving treatment at a hospital in Mangaluru.
An accident between a bike and a scooter at Chirangodu near Kotur claimed the life of a youth. The deceased is identified as K Santhosh (32), a resident of Kuntar Kattattabail who is also a CPI (M) leader.
