Summer is the best season to cater your taste buds with mouth watering foods. It is also the season when people feel hungrier. But summer food can ruin your health and you will have to bear certain consequences if you are eating them.
Here are a few foods to avoid this summer
We tend to drink more unhealthy drinks during summer like soda, lemonade and sweet iced tea But, the sugar in them dehydrates and causes blood sugar spikes and crashes, which will in turn lead to weight gain.
Spices are known to add heat to the inner body and also causes obstacles in the way your metabolism works. It can also damage our immune system.
Condiments like ketchup, barbecue sauce and salad dressings, are usually packed with sugars, high fructose corn syrup and preservatives.
People enjoy ice creams during the summer, but they cause a significant spike in blood sugar as well as cause inflammation.
