Stress affects all of us, irrespective of our age and state of mind. Body feels stressed whenever we are in a vulnerable situation such as working on a tight schedule, last few minutes of an exam etc. If you are constantly under stress it will take toll on your body

Here are  5 symptoms of ‘Too much’ stress

Frequent headaches

Studies have found that stress can contribute to headaches, a condition characterized by pain in the head or neck region.


Experts claim that  there is a connection between acne and stress.  It is said that sebum production increases during stressful situations.

Body aches

One can also have constant aches and pains in their body due to increased levels of stress. Due to  stress, muscles of the body may become tense

Eating disorder

Some people also develop eating disorders due to stress. It is said that uncontrolled stress can trigger neurobiological behavioral changes that may affect eating patterns.


Stress may also disrupt sleep and cause insomnia, which can lead to low energy. Studies have found that stress were associated with increased sleepiness and restlessness at bedtime
