Hubballi: More planes would begin their service from Hubballi Airport soon under UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagarik) plan of the Union government, said MLA, former CM Jagadish Shettar.

Talking after a felicitation by Glass House Garden Suhasya Group here on Sunday, Shettar said that the state has air-availability to its primary urban areas as of now. Significant private aircraft organizations including IndiGo would begin service from July. It would encourage the trade and business to a great extent.

In the interim, the senior BJP MLA opined that the general population of Karnataka needed BJP to come to control, but the party couldn’t achieve the magic number by few seats. The coalition government may fall whenever and the BJP may come to power soon, he opined.
