Baburao Chinchansur injured in car accident

Kalaburagi: Baburao Chinchanasur, the Congress candidate from Gurmatkal constituency in Yadgiri district, was involved in a car accident near the radio station in Kalaburagi on Friday night. The incident occurred when he was returning after campaigning in the constituency.

According to sources, Baburao sustained injuries on his head, face, and legs and was rushed to the United Hospital in Kalaburagi by the public who were present at the spot. He was admitted to the hospital late at night, around half-past twelve.

A hospital official said that the politician is being treated by a team of specialist doctors, and his condition is being closely monitored.

Baburao, who has a house in Shantinagar in Kalaburagi, was to contest in the upcoming assembly elections from the Gurmatkal constituency.
