
Bantwal businessman found dead in a lodge in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: A businessman from Bantwal was found dead in a lodge in Mangaluru.
The deceased has been identified as Guruprasad, a resident of Brahmarakootlu Kanapadi, Bantwal Taluk.
It is said that he checked in into the lodge on September 20 and since then the room in which he was staying was locked.
The manager then filed a complaint with the police on September 23 on suspicion. Police officials broke open the room only to find Guruprasad dead.
The reason for the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
