Bantwal: Man falls from coconut tree, dies

Bantwal: In a tragic incident, a 40-year-old man died after falling from a coconut tree in Navoora on Saturday, December 31.

The deceased has been identified as Suresh (40), a resident of Navoora.

The incident took place when he was plucking coconuts near his house around 10.30 pm.

A severely injured Suresh breathed his last while he was being taken to a hospital in Mangaluru.

A case has been registered.
