Bantwal: Woman files complaint against relative for sexual assault

A  woman has filed a complaint at the town police station here against her uncle for sexually assaulting her.

The woman in her complaint has accused Purushotham, a close relative of the girl, of repeatedly assaulting her sexually by force.

It is said that he threatened the girl to kill her family members if she informs them.

The victim is studying in a college in B C Road and was living at her relative’s house for the past one year. It is said Purushottam was living there too and used to sexually assault her.
