Bed-blocking scam fake, attempt to appoint BJP goons in war room, alleges KB Gowda

Bengaluru: Congress leader Krishna Byre Gowda has alleged that the entire bed-blocking scam is fake and is an attempt to stuff the COVID war room with BJP goons.

Speaking at a news conference, he said the BJP leaders were trying to provide beds to those close to them. For this, they tried to ‘hijack’ the BBMP officials. However, BBMP officials wrote about this to the Chief Secretary.

“Later, Bommanahalli MLA also pressed for the removal of Muslim personnel in the war room. However, officials objected to it too. So they turned their anger on the authorities in BBMP and fabricated the entire bed-blocking scam to get rid of them too,” Gowda alleged.
