Belgavi: Protest was raised at Belgavi by the Dalit community condemning the death of a youth in the Bhima-Koregaon.
Protesters began pelting stones at Chennamma Circle here today.
Security has beefed up to prevent any kind of untoward incident.
Clashes broke out in Bhima Koregaon on January 1. The Maharashtra government gave a cheque of Rs 10 lakh to the family of Rahul Phatangade, the youth who was killed in the violence.
