Bengaluru: 15y/o girl crushed under BMTC bus, dies

Bengaluru: A 15-year-old girl died as she was crushed under a BMTC bus, here on Tuesday, November 22.

The deceased girl is identified as Layashree.

It is learned that Layashree’s mother Priyadarshini (45) was riding the bike. Layashree and her brother Yashwin were pillion riders.

As the bike came near Bhattarahalli Signal, Priyadarshini lost control resulting in the bike to skid.

Due to this, mother and son fell on the left side of the road.

Unfortunately, Layashree who fell on the right side was crushed under the BMTC bus which came from behind.

Although she was rushed to a nearby hospital, she breathed her last without responding to the treatment.

Meanwhile, mother and son are being treated at a hospital.
