Big Boss fame Tsunami Kitty, 3 others arrested in attempt to murder case

Bengaluru: Tsunami Kitty of Kannada Big Boss along with three others has been arrested by the Jnanbharathi Police for attempt to murder.

The other accused have been identified as Santosh, Arjun and Yogesh. The police have also confiscated a pistol which was used in the crime.

Kitty’s companion Sunil’s wife was engaged with an extra marital affair with Taushiq. Subsequent to learning of her relationship, Sunil asked Kitty and the others to plot Taushiq’s murdering. Kitty likewise had come to realize that Taushiq had been to the bar once with his “sweetheart”, suspected to be Sunil’s wife.

Kitty and his associates initially attacked Girish, who was employed at a bar, where they frequently drank assuming him to be Taushiq. Taushiq who was present at the bar noticed the risk and figured out how to escape from the bar without paying the bill.

In the wake of coming to know about the mixed up character, Kitty and his associates threatened Girish and utilized him to trap Taushiq. As needs be, Girish requested that Taushiq pay the pending bill and masterminded a meeting with Taushiq at a traffic signal close to Gorguntepalya.

On February 28, when Taushiq came to the said place to pay the bill, the gang managed to kidnap both and kept them in confinement at a farmhouse in Horamavu on the outskirts of the city. However, Girish figured out how to escape from his hostage’s trap and informed the Jnanabharathi police. This in the end prompted the capture of Tsunami Kitty and his associates.

In the interim, police followed the call records of Kitty and the others, who had failed to turn up at the bar during the last 2-3 days and eventually succeeded in nabbing the quartet. Sunil is reportedly absconding.

The police have additionally filed a case of illegal possession of arms against Kitty and are on the lookout for Sunil, who initiated the crime.
