Probe into Bitcoin scam done transparently: Home Minister Araga Jnanendra

Bengaluru: Karnataka Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said cases against Sriki, who faces the charges of involving in the bitcoin scam and hacking government websites, are going on in the courts and the government is committed to bringing out the truth.
Talking to newspersons here, the minister said how the investigation was carried out during Congress’ rule in the state is a closed chapter. “During our reign, the accused has been arrested, interrogated, charge-sheeted. The truth will come out,” he said.
He pointed at the fact that no agency or person has filed a complaint with the police so far that they have been cheated by hacking and dismissed Congress leaders’ allegations against the ruling party leaders as mere speculation.
The minister said he would answer all the questions asked by the opposition adequately in the Vidhana Sabha.
