BJP candidate Sanganna Karadi wins Koppal constituency

Koppal: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Koppal Lok Sabha constituency Karadi Sanganna Amarappa won the seat with a lead of 37,000 against Congress’s Rajashekhar Hitnal

However, an official announcement is yet to be made, informed sources.

Koppal voted on April 23, in the third phase of general election 2019. BJP’s Karadi Sanganna Amarappa and Congress’ Rajashekhar Hitnal were the key candidates in the fray in 2019. In the third phase, polling was held in a total of 116 constituencies across 14 states.
