Chamarajanagar: 3 killed, 11 injured after vehicle falls into ditch

Chamarajanagar: A Tempo Traveller minibus fell into a roadside ditch on the National Highway 209 after its driver lost control of the vehicle near the Suvarnavati reservoir in the taluk here at about 4:30 am on Friday, January 8.
Three people died and eleven were injured in the incident. The injured were admitted to the district hospital in Chamarajanagar.
The vehicle was travelling from Tirupur in Tamil Nadu to Mysuru.
The deceased have been identified as Subramanya (75) and Amaravathi (65) from Tirupur. The third death is yet to be identified.
