Chilume Math Swamiji found dead under suspicious circumstances

Ramanagara: Sri Basavalinga Swamiji of Chilume Math in Magadi taluk was found dead under suspicious circumstances on Monday, December 20.

The Swamiji was a native of Doddaballapur taluk was found hanging near a window at the Math premises.

Locals said that his death has occurred under suspicious circumstances even though on the face of it appears to be a case of suicide.

Ramanagara district superintendent of police, Girish S, along with Kuddur police inspector, visited the spot and inspected the spot besides collecting information from the Math staff.
