CM’s DK visit cancelled

Mangaluru: Chief Minister Yeddyurappa’s plan to visit and take stock of the flooding in Dakshina Kannada district has been cancelled again.

Since the union home minister Amit Shah will be taking an aerial survey of the flood affected Belagavi district on Sunday, the CM will accompany him. Thus his visit to the district has been cancelled.

There were reports that the CM would visit Belthangady on Saturday and in some time, there were reports that the CM’s visit had been cancelled. Later, the CM announced that he would be visiting on Sunday which also after sometime was cancelled.
