Coalition government committee approves farm loan waive

Bengaluru: JD-S-Congress coalition government committee has approved to waive farm loan.

JD-S, General Secretary Danish Ali said on Sunday that the coalition government committee met and discussed the farm waiver policy and came to a conclusion over the same.

CM Kumaraswamy will further disclose about it in the upcoming state budget, he told.

The 5-member committee is headed by former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, with Deputy Chief Minister G. Parameshwara, Congress state unit in-charge K.C. Venugopal and Kumaraswamy as members, while Ali is its convenor.
