Complaint registered against dubious website of Kollur Temple

Udupi: A complaint has been lodged with district CEN crime police station against unknown people for duping devotees by opening a website in the name of Kollur Sri Mookambika Temple without taking any permission from the temple administration committee.
The complainant, Aravinda A Sutagundi, executive officer of Kollur temple has alleged that a website operating in name of ‘supportmookambika.co.in’ has been taking advance booking of rituals, poojas from devotees and has been charging them more money than the applicable rates.
The complaint states that the temple has a dedicated service counter as well as its website where devotees can avail of the services.
