Congress, BJP locked in close fight in Himachal

Shimla: The Congress and the BJP were locked in a close fight in Himachal Pradesh with both leading in 13 seats, according to early Election Commission trends.

The CPI(M) was ahead in one seat after one hour of counting. Trends are available for 28 seats.

Main rivals BJP and Congress have contested all 68 seats.
