Amid Covid-19, wearing face masks have become mandatory. Infact, most of the stores and malls do not allow one to enter without wearing face masks. But it can also be hard on your skin, causing problems that range from acne and peeling skin to rashes and itchiness

Here 5 tips to avoid allergies  caused by facemasks

1.Use the right mask which are soft, natural, and breathable fabric, such as cotton

2.Cleanse your face properly and then moisturize with a water-based moisturizer as they are light and not oily.

3.Apply an antibacterial or anti-inflammatory cream for extra protection. This step will avoid any chances for rashes and acne to occur

4.To reduce skin problems, avoid trying harsh products, such as a chemical peel, exfoliant, or retinoid

5.Once you have removed the mask wash your hands with soap and then cleanse your face to remove any grown bacteria
