Covid-19: Kannur closes borders with Kasaragod

Kasaragod: While Karnataka made its stand clear on the closure of Karnataka – Kerala borders following the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the district, now the Kannur district too closed all the roads connecting with Kasaragod.
The orders to close the Kannur and Kasargod borders were given by Kannur Superident of Police SP Yathishchandra. Kannur district administration is exercising severe caution as it shares borders with Kasaragod where a large number of coronavirus infection cases have been reported.
Barricades have been put on all roads from Kasargod to Kannur.
