Mangaluru: BJP’s Sudarshan Moodbidri will take over as the party’s new president in Dakshina Kannada district.
It is gathered that Sudarshan Moodbidri was unanimously declared elected as the president, succeeding Sanjeeva Matandoor, whose term ended in September last year.
The polling process was held at the BJP district office here on Sunday, January 12 . State BJP vice president Nirmal Kumar Surana was appointed as the poll observer.
Sudarshan had earlier served as the district general secretary of the BJP.
