Darshan launches campaign for Sumalatha in Mandya

Mandya: Challenging star Darshan on Monday, took a break from his shooting schedule in Hyderabad and reached the Ganesha temple at the Krishna Raja Sagara (KRS) reservoir, from where he launched his campaigning stint for Sumalatha.

Reportedly, after the priests performed a special puja, Darshan pulled the chariot of Sumalatha Ambareesh at Srirangapatna and started their election campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Darshan addressing the crowd near Srirangapatna – Hunsur road said “I am not against anyone but here with the single purpose of seeking your blessings for Sumalatha.”

Soon, the intensity of Sumalatha’s campaign is set to intensify with leading actor Yash also likely to join.
