Bengaluru: Two tattoo artists were arrested by the police on the charges of drug peddling.
The arrested are Sigil Varghese and his live-in partner Vishnupriya S, both from Kerala.
The CCB sleuths raided their flat and seized drugs worth Rs 5 lakh.
During the raid, the officers also found a photo of Pablo Escobar and a diary having details of their peddling during the operation.
It is gathered that the duo decided to become drug peddlers after they drew inspiration from the infamous Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar.
Reportedly, they had been earlier arrested by Hulimavu police and were in prison for two months. However, they continued peddling after coming out on bail.
