Parents, teachers and students have responded positively to the same.

In this backdrop and also due to increasing pressure from the parents and students to begin first PUC classes, the government is now mulling resumption of regular classes for first PUC students at the earliest.

Every year the final exams for first PUC is conducted in the month of February but this year the exams will be conducted in the month of March or April as the academic year has been extended due to the pandemic.

There are also been talks of starting class 4 and five under the Vidyagama scheme.

Radio lessons for class 1-5 have begun and shall continue till April. Department of State Research and Training have collaborated with Jio TV to provide online lessons to students.

The Education Department ensures that all necessary measures are taken for the continuous learning of the students.
