Govt withdrew police security for pro-Hindu speech alleges Yatnal

Vijayapura: BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal has expressed outrage at the government’s withdrawal of personal police security provided to him as he spoke on behalf of Hindus.
Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, he said, I wrote a letter to Chief Minister Yediyurappa immediately after I was informed by the police department that my personal security is being withdrawn.
“It is unfortunate that Chief Minister Yediyurappa withdrew my personal security, that was provided to me based on intelligence reports, for hate politics,'” he added.
