Hoax bomb scare: High alert in Mysuru Palace

Team Udayavani, May 14, 2019, 4:25 PM IST

Mysuru: Security has been beefed up at Mysuru Palace and surrounding areas after a hoax bomb call was received earlier today.

Following the call regarding the bomb, the grand palace and all places in and around were searched. A high alert was sounded even after learning that the call was a hoax as the police did not want to take any chances.

Additional security arrangements for the palace are in order as it is still open to the visitors.
