Hotels in Majestic area can operate 24/7

Bengaluru: City Police Commissioner T Suneel Kumar said that all hotels and eatery joints near Majestic can stay open 24 hours for the convenience travelers.
Kumar also said that hotels elsewhere can stay open till 1 am all days of the week which was earlier only until 11:30 pm.
All police stations across the city have been intimated about the deadline and instructed to step up patrolling and maintain law and order.
On the closing hours of liquor outlets, the police commissioner said stipulated closing hours for bars and restaurants, pubs, wine stores and clubs are mentioned in the clauses of their licences and the liquor outlets will have to follow them accordingly.
