Here are a few tips to help you wake up early

First thing is to not drive yourself with guilt of waking up early. Always get excited about your day.

It is important to sleep well and avoid using mobile phones while going to sleep.

Have a specific morning routine like yoga or something simple like feeding your pets as it makes it easier to wake up early.

Keep yourself motivated and try training your mind in such a way that you be determined to do the task. Watch motivational videos and read blogs.
