IMD predicts rains to continue till Sep 7 in Karnataka

Bengaluru: The Indian Meteorological Department has forecasted the heavy rains to continue in many places across the state until September 7.
In its weather advisory, the met department issued an orange alert on some days for Chikkaballapura, Chikkamagaluru, Shivamogga, and Kodagu districts.
A yellow alert has been issued for Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Bagalkote, Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, Kalaburagi, Koppal, Raichur, Belgaum, Bengaluru City, Bengaluru Rural, Chamarajanagar, Chitradurga, Davanagere, Hassan, Kolar, Mandya, Mysuru, and Tumakuru districts.
