After posting a series of images in front of her veteran father’s open casket, an Instagram influencer from Miami has been chastised on social media. Jayne Rivera, for example, posed for the camera next to her father’s open casket with the message “Butterfly fly away.” You were my best friend, Papi. A well-lived life.”

Jayne can be seen posing in front of the casket in the 8 Instagram photos that have since been deleted, with a number of them also showing her smiling and smirking. The model, who is 20 years old, is dressed in a black suit dress with one long sleeve and stockings.

The post was met with criticism from her followers, who called her actions “vile” and “disrespectful,” and criticized her for turning a funeral into a photoshoot.
