Jadkal village: Farmer commits suicide due to loan pressure

Kollur: A farmer, unable to pay back his farm loan took the extreme step and committed suicide on Friday. The victim is identified as Shiva Poojary (55), a resident of Mekke in Talakallu of Jadkal village.

The poor farmer committed suicide by going into the forest near Mekke Kampana house and hanged himself to a tree.

Kollur police have registered a case in this regard.
