Kamal Pant replaces Bhaskar Rao as B’luru Compol

Bengaluru: Kamal Pant ADGP intelligence has been appointed as the new Police Commissioner of Bengaluru.

His predecessor Bhaskar Rao has been transferred to ADGP internal security division.

The state government issued a notification to this effect on Friday, July 31.

Both Pant and Rao are 1990 batch IPS officers.
