Kannada film producer and distributor Swagat Babu passes away

Bengaluru: Renowned Kannada movie producer and distributor Swagath Babu has passed away.

Swagath Babu had a prolific career spanning 35 years, significantly contributing to the film industry as a producer and distributor.

Notable films he financed include ‘Chandramukhi Pranasakhi,’ ‘Srirastu Shubhamastu,’ and ‘Smile,’ all of which were box-office hits.

The sandalwood film industry is grieving Swagath Babu’s demise.
