Karkala: Auto driver killed in road mishap

Karkala: A 55-year-old man was killed after a car collided with his autorickshaw near Miyyar here on Wednesday, January 26.

The deceased identified as Chandrashekhara Madivala was reportedly ferrying his brother home after the latter was discharged from a hospital.

Chandrashekhara’s brother sustained injuries in the accident and is being treated at a private hospital in Mangaluru

Karkala rural police station registered a case in this regard.
